Entering the home from the front boardwalk, you will first come to the massive screened porch with a dining table for 6, roku tv to catch your favorite show or game and outdoor fan to keep you cool in shade from the summer sun. Once you enter the home, you will immediately find yourself in the living room with large and comfy reclining sofa and love seats, 60" roku tv and open plan living. There is a large bathroom directly off the living room and next to the separate mud room with a full sized washer and dryer. The dining table seats 6 and is also open to the living room so you can share fellowship with the whole family over your meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with premium stainless appliances, everything you need to cook gourmet meals and plenty of counter space to prep. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, roku tv, his and hers closets and extra blankets and pillows to ensure full comfort. There is a 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds and another roku tv that is perfect for the kids. On the opposite side of the living room, you will find the 3rd bedroom which has a separate hvac system, roku tv and private access door to the screened porch. The 2nd bathroom is located conveniently between the primary and 2nd bedrooms. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for your stay. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels.
Renting one of the 4-seater or 6-seater golf carts is highly recommended for your stay as they are the perfect way to get around Garden City and you will find beach parking much easier than with your car. Gas is provided for the rental and there is an on board sound bar so you can play all your favorite tunes while cruising. It is $65/day for the 4-seater and $75/day for the 6-seater.
