The apartment features a downstairs primary bedroom with a comfortable queen-size pillow-top mattress and an adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The spacious loft boasts vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The living room also has vaulted ceilings and includes a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes the latest Keurig coffee maker. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, two dishwasher pods and two laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Beach and pool towels are not provided.
Guests can enjoy the spacious pool deck in the back courtyard, complete with a hot tub. You can rent a gas-powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far, and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Electric carts are not permitted, as there aren't charging stations. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25.

Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please treat the apartment and the grounds with the same respect as you would your own. Pool hours are 9am-10pm. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. No children under 12 years of age are allowed in the Pool without a parent or guardian. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies! All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
