This Grand Palms property is a peaceful retreat away from the cramped beachfront condo scene. You can cook gourmet meals in the full-sized and fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy family meals with ample seating. Each guest bedroom has its own private bathroom, with two offering en-suite baths. Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is centrally located in Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and numerous amenities. Within 3 miles or a 10-minute drive, you'll find three grocery stores, Target, and Walmart. Favorite local restaurants like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are just around the corner. The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Check-in is between 4:00-10:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 8, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM as per city ordinance. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies; a dryer is provided in each unit. Charcoal grills are available for use, but portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. Parking is available in front of the building without a parking pass requirement.
