This condo features an open floor plan with spacious living and dining areas, tastefully appointed with plenty of seating. Enjoy a 55" flat-screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa, a separate love seat, and a large dining table seating 6. The fully stocked open kitchen boasts stainless appliances and granite countertops. The primary suite includes a full-sized bed, a twin bed, a large closet, a 50" flat-screen TV, an updated en suite bathroom, and private balcony access. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and a twin bed, plus back balcony access with additional seating.
A car is recommended, but you can also walk to several places, making it easy to leave your car in the lot for most of your stay. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.
You'll be super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer, both on the water and inland. Starbucks and Ben and Jerry's are across the street, and the renowned Sea Captain's House with an oceanfront bar is a 3-block walk away. You will be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 5 people, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per citywide ordinance. No pets are allowed by renters. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N just to the West of the main parking lot and across from Starbucks. There is a key on the kitchen counter to unlock the dumpster door. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc. Please hang provided parking passes from your vehicle's rear view mirror or place on the dashboard. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the lots.
For your stay, linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each.
