The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Check-in is from 4:00 to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed five, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with no glass or pets allowed in the pool area. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies, and note that portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. All garbage should be secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N. Parking passes must be displayed on vehicles, and no boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed in the parking lots. Read More
