Overall, before Breakers Point this place was called Alta Surf. It was a MUCH, quieter, nicer place to live. The new management company just simply doesn't care.

The homes are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and stylish living space. Amazing office staff, even more amazing maintenance!! As with every apartment I have ever lived in, there were a few quirks at the beginning. Maintenance had every one handled within 24 hours. Great staff. Do not hesitate to choose Alta Surf as your new home. Amazing location, great amenities, and always a wonderful place to come home to. I have just finished my first year here and I will most certainly spend many more here.

I’ve been here almost a year and I can’t wait to leave. Constant AC failure I called him about every month what the air conditioning going out and now I have soaking wet carpet in the master bedroom imagine coming home to soaking wet carpet on your feet!!! also very limited parking and they only allow you one car Per resident

“AVOID THIS PLACE”

The apartment has limited closet space and it is older although updated. Overall it is a nice apartment with some community amenities. The issue here is the very limited parking space and the unwillingness and inability from office staff to address it. Part of their email response to me was "...drive around the parking lot until you find one". If you don't have a car our your daily schedule permits for you to be home before 6pm. This could be a good place for you since the apartments are overall... nice and it is a quiet area. Read More
