Questions to consider before living here

Do you like loud neighbors who don't respect the rules?
If yes, then Breakers Point is for you.

Do you like loud cars racing through the parking lot at all hours of the day/night?
If yes, then Breakers Point is for you.

Do you like having neighbors who leave trash in the parking lot and outside their doors?
If yes, then Breakers Point is for you.

Do you like constant sirens and cars racing around the neighborhood?
If yes, then Breakers Point is for you.

How about construction noise for the… past 2 years?
If yes, then Breakers Point is for you.

Do you like tight parking spaces so your neighbors can scratch your car?
If yes, then Breakers Point is for you.

Overall, before Breakers Point this place was called Alta Surf. It was a MUCH, quieter, nicer place to live. The new management company just simply doesn't care.

Different types of people have moved in here, and things changed. I'm sure you can connect the dots.

Don't even consider moving here.

Love it here!

Living at Breakers Point has been an amazing experience! The property is gorgeous and truly feels like a vacation every day. The homes are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and stylish living space. The management team is incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any needs or questions. The service here is top-notch, and they really go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. The community amenities are fantastic and make life here so… convenient, and the location is perfect—just a short distance from shopping, dining, and entertainment. I would highly recommend calling Breakers Point home—you won't regret it!

Wonderfule quality of life

Amazing office staff, even more amazing maintenance!! As with every apartment I have ever lived in, there were a few quirks at the beginning. Maintenance had every one handled within 24 hours. Great staff. Do not hesitate to choose Alta Surf as your new home. Amazing location, great amenities, and always a wonderful place to come home to. I have just finished my first year here and I will most certainly spend many more here.

Constant AC failure and soaking wet carpet

I’ve been here almost a year and I can’t wait to leave. Constant AC failure I called him about every month what the air conditioning going out and now I have soaking wet carpet in the master bedroom imagine coming home to soaking wet carpet on your feet!!! also very limited parking and they only allow you one car Per resident

No parking

The apartment has limited closet space and it is older although updated. Overall it is a nice apartment with some community amenities. The issue here is the very limited parking space and the unwillingness and inability from office staff to address it. Part of their email response to me was "...drive around the parking lot until you find one". If you don't have a car our your daily schedule permits for you to be home before 6pm. This could be a good place for you since the apartments are overall… nice and it is a quiet area.
