Affordable

Kelley & Windy are very accommodating. Terrant & Gary are full of humor and great maintenance staff. Great social community activities. Little something for everyone.

Wonderful!

It began upon entering the community. Claypond is lovely. Clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. Our leasing agent, Windy Price, is warm and welcoming. The apartment is perfect for a young man just starting out on his own. The rooms are large and light filled with lots of storage. Great amenities. My son felt at home right away. The bark park and fitness center won him over right away.
Ms. Windy walked him through entire rental process with ease. She is very professional… and helpful. I definitely recommend this community.
