I’ve lived at Claypond for several years. It’s a smaller property, but it’s such a beautiful community. Kelley, the office manager is very informative, professional, and and takes pride, remembering everyone. Gary Head of Maintenance, is always out on property making improvements and still takes the time to pet every puppy that comes his way. Would recommend 10/10

Great maintenance
Jb and Gary were wonderful fixing our home. Very nice and professional. They were quick on fixing what was needed to be fixed. Making sure everything was done properly. The told us everything we did any were willing to answer everything which was nice. :]

I have lived here for a year now and it’s a great place to live at for starter apartment or short term rental maintenance team is quick at repairing JB and Gary great maintenance people only issue I have is roach problem during summer/fall time wish they could come up with resolution for that problem other than that it is a great place to live

Excellent Apartment Home for all Ages
Claypond Commons is an excellent choice for an individual attending school, a working family or a retired couple or individual. It is in a quiet location with easy, quick access to major roads, shopping, restaurants, schools and the airport. The apartments are quality built, well maintained and reasonably priced. Management is friendly, professional, accessible and provides frequent communications & social opportunities for renters. These apartments are an excellent choice for home in the Myrtle... Beach area.
