Flintlake

Flintlake is a beautiful and well kept property. Never have I met a bunch of ladies who were more in tune with their job and had no problem with going over and above in helping their residents. From the move in process to assisting with everyday tasks, Lori, Trisha & Rose were there every step of the way and always took the time to not only help but to do so in a way that was so friendly and they never made you feel like you were imposing or asking too much. This place is stellar!!

We toured a lot of communities and out of them all this one was the best! It’s one of the cleanest overall, the apartments are clean, landscaping is well kept and the office staff are very welcoming! We will be moving to the area soon and will be applying when we narrow down an exact date.

Moved here from out of state. I’m used to living in the middle of nowhere but have grown use to living near the city.

This property was perfect for me since it’s the best of both worlds. Really close to Myrtle Beach proper but just far enough off the beaten path to feel like the middle of nowhere.

Beautiful golf courses nearby. Lots of friendly neighbors. The staff here is great. They are willing to help you with anything you need and are quick with maintenance issues.

5 Star living! I couldn't have picked a better place to move my family to. We've been here a year and we love everything about our little community! Choose Flintlake for your next hone. That settles it! We've renewed our lease!

Make sure you make 3xs the rent.When I submitted my pay stubs,they determined I was not eligible. They never checked my credit or anything but they kept my fees.All for just looking at my pay stubs. I feel I was ripped off. I was never told I needed to make 3xs the rent or I would not have applied.
