I’ve had a mixed experience living here. The biggest issues are poor drainage, significant parking difficulties, and a lack of enforcement when it comes to non-resident vehicles.

After rain, drainage can be a real problem, and parking is often extremely difficult to find. A major part of the issue is that vehicles belonging to non-residents are not towed or addressed, leaving limited parking for residents who actually pay to live here.

I hope management can take these concerns more seriously… then they have in the past, particularly enforcing parking policies, and making sure residents have reasonable access to the parking they pay for.

It's a beautiful property. The staff id super friendly. Maintenance does their best. I love it here. I love that the gym is open all the time and that everything is clean and stocked. You guys are amazing.

I’m 50/50 right now, it’s not awful.. I visited a lot of communities before picking flint lake.. I will say the employees have been awesome!

Love the whole vibe .Wish I had gotten upstairs apartment and on golf side. Still haven’t been to pool or Gym. Management is terrific. Took care of dryer problem. Although I do not think the maintenance man was correct saying the closet doors not closing could not be fixed. Stronger magnets perhaps. Guess I’ll have to live with the doors not closing. Other than that love the place.

Beautiful and very helpful staff

Flintlake is a beautiful and well kept property. Never have I met a bunch of ladies who were more in tune with their job and had no problem with going over and above in helping their residents. From the move in process to assisting with everyday tasks, Lori, Trisha & Rose were there every step of the way and always took the time to not only help but to do so in a way that was so friendly and they never made you feel like you were imposing or asking too much. This place is stellar!!
