Great community

Grandview is a great place to live ,quiet,cozy,great amenities, 2 beautiful dog parks, maintenance is #1 responds same day and always fixes whatever you may have the first time with no call backs !! Office staff is friendly and very helpful!!

Amazing property

By far the best place that I have ever lived. Maintenance keeps up with property so well and making sure that any problem I have is taken care of immediately. The office staff is great and they are willing to go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Just want to say thank you to Grandview to making me feel at home here for the past 3 years

The best community because of the best people

I have lived here in Grandview going on my 5th lease and it has been nothing short of excellent. We have one of the best front office teams with Jen running the ship and Liz and Rebecca respectively caring for the community. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Myrtle beach.
