    Selective rule enforcement by management.

    ?We have lived at The Landing at Coventry for over a year, and unfortunately, the management experience has declined significantly. Recently, management has chosen to selectively ignore key rules and policies clearly outlined in the lease agreement. When lease terms are ignored by the very team meant to uphold them, it creates a frustrating living environment for residents who actually follow the rules and pay rent on time. Prospective tenants should be aware that what is written in your lease… agreement may not actually be enforced or respected by management.
