Beautiful, Friendly staff, Great location

The community is beautiful, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the location is amazing. The new management and staff is doing a fantastic job. I absolutely recommend this community to anyone searching.

Very Nice Property

We went on a tour 2 weeks ago, the office staff were friendly and answered all my questions. The property was very clean and looked new. Also spoke to a few residents and they said they love it here and that the units were bigger than other places in the area and that was one reason they moved here. Excited to move in soon.

First time renter

The office staff is so pleasing and helpful. This was our 1st time to live in an apartment, they made it so easy. The apartment is so roomy and modern. My kitchen is huge plus d true dining space! Everything was spotless when we moved in. I love the view of the pond and fountain. It is so relaxing here. There are so many areas to walk our little pooch. It is an animal friendly neighborhood. Latitude is not your typical apartment. If you want a safe, beautiful and comfortable place to call home,… I recommend Latitude. Ask for Ashley

Horrible Management

Beautiful apartments and location, but management does not have a clue what they are doing. Young women who gave us a tour knew no information at all.
