It’s a frat house

It’s like house-sharing. Noise mitigation is extremely subpar. Join the hallway, side and upstairs neighbor’s conversations from the convenience of your living room sofa. Forget sleeping. Be aware of the original service agreements becoming mandatory services mid lease that will increase your rent amount. The move-in is easy and contingencies flow like butter but it all turns quite dark once you’re locked in and you will pay…and pay…and pay for your unpleasant, painful living experience. The... constant noise is unbearable but I’m told it’s all within tolerance.
