Nasty

Filthy grotesque, unsafe. Don’t get me started on the noise. The complex is cheaply built walls are Paper thin , you can hear everything your Neighbors do. Management are rude , Unprofessional… There is a reason why this place is cheaper than others”you get what you paid for“… The smell of weed is unbearable and it is everywhere. when you call the lazy and and complacent office staff, all they tell you is called the police. They don’t do a thing about it. Please do your research before you apply… here ,walk the premises ,go up the stairs and see the spit spots the filth, and the trash for yourself. You will hate yourself here you are warned.

Awful Property

This place is not clean, I have complained many times and nothing changes. I'm glad my lease is up and I'm moving out now, but if you have a family or are a single woman do NOT move here.

There is nothing Luxury about living here

I lived here for 2.5 years and this community is not fit for animals or humans alike. The issues I have encountered here have been the most horrendous experiences I’ve ever had in my life. It’s dirty, old, outdated and the staff is careless. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Disappointed

The property is not clean- food spilled in breezeway not cleaned. Trash, dog poop, cigarettes from one end to the other. People smoking pot from one end of the property to other. It should not be the tenant's job to police the complex. So disappointed how this place has changed.
