Poor Property Management/Poor Maintenance/ Poor communication to tenants

This property has been renovated partially. The exterior of the property look terrible. I found online because I moved here for work. I had to find something quick. I have not had one smooth maintenance request in a timely manner. Talking months to get a response to simple requests. Definitely not renewing my lease. I have had bad neighbors, screaming children, hall way smokers and bad maintenance. It’s not worth the money.
