We felt in love when we first came and the experience living here has been very good so far. The staff is always willing to help when we need something to be fixed or resolved, specially Alex. He is very attentive and always tries to find the right solution in a short time. We see ourselves living in here for a long period of time!

People insist on partying at the pool area way past midnight, one going past 2:40am. Management has sent several letters regarding the lack of respect to the rules and others. The sound insulation between floors is bad. You can hear every single step. I do not recommend this place.

The complex when I first moved here had a gate, the security of the complex was one of the things I moved here for. They also had an elevator, makes living super easy and convenient. Both of those sought after things are now broken and have been for the last 5 months. Any other complex I have lived in would have these things fixed immediately. The safety of the residents and their belongings should be a priority. But from what management told me the owners don't care. Anyone can now stroll into... the complex. My vehicle got stolen out from the complex and the leasing office told me that the one camera that they have doesn't face the front of the complex. From their eyes it isn't a problem, they don't care because they don't live here. How many people have to have their vehicles stolen or their cars broken into before the owners/management does something? Obviously one isn't enough for them. Since I can bet my entire life on nothing getting done. I have to constantly live in the fear that someone is going to steal from me again. Whatever preventative measures the complex takes going forward dosent excuse them for their lack of preventative action.
Don't live here unless you want your vehicle stolen or broken into.

There was a shooting on the property last night (happened on 02/16/2022). It happened around 8:30pm. There's no working cameras, the gates don't work properly, half of the lighting is out throughout the building, the elevators are down regularly. I don't know about you but I'm not living there.
