Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is available for registered guests only. Golf carts are not provided with this property. Community pool access is available, subject to seasonal schedules, maintenance closures, and HOA regulations. No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. For security purposes, an exterior camera is located at the front door and monitors the entrance area only. Guests must comply with all HOA rules and community quiet hours during their stay. The minimum age to rent is 25. A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is required for reservations, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If reserving within 30 days of arrival, the total reservation amount is due. A $100 holdover fee will be charged if the property is not vacated by 10:00 AM. Early check-in is available for a fee of $125, plus tax, and is at the discretion of the housekeeping department. Late check-out is also available for a fee of $125, plus tax, and is not permitted during June and July. Published rental rates do not include 10% state/local taxes or optional Travel Insurance. A starter supply of soap, bath tissue, and dishwasher detergent is provided. All reservations include sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, dishtowels, and bathmats. Mandatory evacuations may occur due to natural disasters, and guests must vacate the premises immediately. Unless Travel Insurance has been purchased, there will be no reimbursement for a mandatory evacuation. Elevators should only be used on check-in and check-out days for unloading and loading, or for the use of the elderly or disabled. Guests may send and receive faxes, have photocopies made, and access wireless internet free of charge. Items left in the home can be mailed upon request for a fee of $15.00, plus the cost of postage. Items not claimed after thirty days are donated to a local charity. No repairs, cleaning, washing or maintenance to any vehicle shall be carried out on the rental property.
