Brand new with lots of issues: mechanical. Weird rules for adults. The walls are so thin you hear the conversations of the tenants next and above you. Can’t choose your own internet provider and stuck with subpar service. Brick walls crumble when train goes by. Ive been hit with large chunks in the middle of night - thats when train goes by.
