Dont believe the good reviews posted 4 to 12 months ago. The Maintenance and managment, exchanges favors and new carpet for good reviews. We like to tell the public the truth, and Abberly Chase has seriouse sanitation issues. Partially from poor maintenance, and poor developement. They must have scimped in plumbing and sewage because you can smell your neighbors fecol matter from "Shared plumbing". At night you can smell sewer gasses from their street drains. Abosolutly sickening. The... pool is not chemicaly maintained and well over 100 degrees. Our family contracted foliculitus from our pool. Still needing medical attention. And no one uses it due to the extreem heat and water tempratures. The trash compactor is full twice a week, and we residents have no other choice but to keep piling it outside the dumpster until it reaches the road. The smell in this heat is unbarable. After my husband passed away I found it difficult to maintain my home so I started looking for an apartment. I searched most of the complexs in my area.

After talking to a friend of mine she recommended Auston Chase so I
went to visit the complex and I was impressed with the apartments, the ammenities and the beauty of the area.

I have been here for almost two years and the Office Staff do everything they can to accomodate your needs. The Maintenance Techs respond to work orders within 24 hours and they are courteous and always do their best.

I've live here for six months I have carpet, master bedroom big closet ceiling fans nice size kitchen one bathroom and srceen porch washer and dryer I work two jobs doing my best to make it taking care of my bills sometimes it's a struggle trying to maintain my bills I know I can't give up this will help me out alots .
