The estates at rock hill

The pictures are a lie ! It’s nothing nice or luxurious about this place it’s run down and dirty with a pest problem, the building is falling apart and even the trees have fallen not just 1 tree multiple trees! I’ve live there for two years I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy

Lie Again

Showroom pics, really? Should be more concerned with the growing number of tenants with broken AC’s, bugs, and structurally unsafe buildings. Should I mention the potholes or the roach invasion, or the fact that IDK isn’t a rationally reply when you’re in charge of fixing the issues. Cathy and Jocelyn are incompetent, rude, and slow. You can tell by the attitudinal tone that they’re more annoyed with calls above all else. And only answer when you hit line-1, the new applicant extension. If you… hit existing tenant, line-2, they’ll LEAVE IT RINGING!

No Place I’d Rather Be

I recently relocated from NC to this complex, Lisa was amazing in making my move in process a breeze! She’s sweet, very vocal, & constantly checks on me to make sure I am enjoying my new townhome! We need more people like her in this world!

I’m convinced that the residents here only leave negative reviews because they’ve had negative experiences, but don’t let those negative reviews stop you from checking this place out in person!

Trash

Trash apartment homes. Units are not maintained and the overall vicinity is full of trash. The manager is rude and doesn't care on your concern. Avoid going in this apartment home. If I can only give 0 star, I will.
