    Overall best place in Rock Hill

    My girlfriend and i have lived in this apartment for going on two years and it has been a very nice experience, the neighborhood is clean, quiet(great for kids) and best of all, close to everything. 2 min from I-77, about 5 min to the closest walmart, gas station and several food options right across the street.
    The office staff is very friendly and helpful, any questions we've ever had have been answered with a smile. AND they provided a sense of safety during this whole quarantine.
    Maintenance    … is quick, courteous and always leave notice of any upcoming routime maintenance that is scheduled. 5 stars doesnt do this place justice. 10/10 recommend living here.
