The Alexander is a great place to live the only thing is that there is no place for your children to play they have a place for you to take your pets but no place for the kids to have fun . The water pressure is very low and to many rules like not being able to leave your grill on the patio. Plus the amount of time to pay rent is ridiculous by the 5 of every month and on the 6th day your late I understand the late fee but on the sixth some people don’t get paid like that. The apartments are very... nice and the area is beautiful just to many rules.

However, we regret hearing about your concerns regarding child-friendly spaces and our rent... payment scheduling. Our team is always looking at ways to enhance resident satisfaction, and we'll definitely consider your suggestions for improvement.
Our goal is to create an environment that meets the diverse lifestyles of our residents. We understand about the water pressure and are looking into how it can be improved.
Regarding grills on patios, this policy has been put in place with safety considerations in mind - we apologize if it causes any inconvenience. Rest assured, all these rules are established keeping the interest of all our residents across The Alexander community, but we certainly respect individual views and will consider them for future amendments.

Starting over This i must say is the best place for me to start over. Ayana was absolutely amazing with correcting the wait and getting me in a nice quiet unit. I am loving the space and I'm moving forward with the gelp of the Alexanders. Thank you all so much for your help and support. Keep up the great work.

Noise Overall experience is great. The children have no place to play. They are left entertain themselves either on the grass in front of residenrs bedrooms or in the street and parking lot.

Mold mold and mold they don’t care to do anything about it they will just come and clean it and they don’t have a fitness center

Excellent The Alexander team care about the tenants. They are always available if we need them and stay in communication with the tenants. Their service technicians are fast and efficient and very polite. Office staff and technicians offer excellent service. Place is nice and clean.
