Very nice location in Seneca. These are close to Lake Keowee in an up scale lake front neighborhood, no lake access. There are a few lake access points just… minutes away with a short drive. Close to fine dinning, shopping and entertainment venues. 10 minutes from Clemson University and Duke Energy. There are plenty of employment opportunities in the area. We are looking for well qualified lessees, who are looking for quality housing in Seneca. We have other locations available if these don't fit you price point.
