Acasa Willowbrook Apartments

The trash compactor broke two weeks ago and garbage is piling up at the front entrance of the complex. It's about 4-5 feet high now. There's no communication with residents. Everything stinks. This morning I saw a couple of possums running down the corridor as I left for work. They were digging into some trash left outside a neighbor's door.

Apartment is nice. Staff have been very accommodating and helpful. Seems they are very busy with the phone nonstop when you are there. Kristin has been very helpful getting my ac and hot water back to working order this week. Thank you for your quick action put in to place.

Office staff is lazy and don't want to do their jobs. Will not get up to greet you. Completely rude and unfriendly and unprofessional. Never answer the phone. Asked a current resident about the living experience. Says they never fixed their AC and it is over 85 degrees in the apartment.

My experience was horrible living here. My apartment was roach infested. I couldn't keep food in cabinets. My food had to be kept in plastic storage bins. The pest control they used did nothing. They didn't treat regularly... only when I complained. My dishwasher broke. They refused to repair or replace it. My neighbors smoked marijuana daily, which caused my apartment to smell. They have a high turner over for maintenance technicians and the leasing office doesn't communicate effectively.
