Crown Pointe

On 10/22/2024 I drove from out of town to see this community. When I arrived the leasing agent told me that to view a unit I needed to have an appointment. She told me that she could schedule me for another day. This was at 10am. I told her that I drove in from out of town. She then went to say that I still needed an appointment. If you are trying to "sell" a unit when a client comes into your office you work hard to get that "sell". Even if they don't have an appointment. I am a... property manager and I never turn a customer away. That is how you maintain 100% occupancy rate. This agent was sitting at her desk doing nothing. We moved from western NY almost a month ago after finding the complex online. The size of our 3 bedroom w/rec room is massive!!!! You will not find a better value anywhere. Any issue we have had has been addressed quickly and efficiently by both the office and maintenance. I can’t speak highly enough of both. The grounds are kept immaculate. The new management company is doing massive upgrades and it shows. It is a very safe community. We are very happy we made Crown Pointe our home. ... We have lived here since October and have been extremely pleased. The maintenance team responds to requests in hours not days. Michelle other office workers call and check up on complaints even the officer on patrol is friendly and responsive. Our neighbors are friendly and respectful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that is looking for a clean safe place to live.

I found a mice, worms, and cockroaches. Ceiling fell in on me during shower. Took weeks for maintenance.

We lived here less then a year my bathroom ceiling fell in after we reported a leak numerous time. Dish washer was not anchored to the counter and would try to fall out when you opened it. The counters are painted with some kind of paint and so is the tubs. The office staff is of no use and when we finally had enough and moved they wanted us to pay 600.00 more. They prorate the water bill and it is different every month. If someone moves your bill is higher. The police told us they were watching... someone in our apartment building for drugs. My husband trucks was vandalized a week after we moved in and his tools were stolen. We were told crime knows no zip code. Trust me it does and I can give you the address.
