Georgetown Luxury Townhomes and Apartments

I lived in Apartment E03 for over a year. The ceiling in my living room leaked continuously for more than 12 months. I submitted multiple maintenance requests through their portal — some were marked “completed” without actually fixing anything, and one was canceled directly by the property manager with no explanation (Request #15414-1, canceled 05/19/2026). I also have text messages from May 2025 where staff acknowledged the issue in writing and promised repairs that never resolved the problem.... In June 2025 the ceiling structurally collapsed — I have photos.

When I visited the office in person on May 28, 2026 to address the situation, the only staff member present physically blocked the door to prevent me from entering.

I sent a formal complaint email to corporate on May 28, 2026. As of today, May 30, 2026, no response has been received from anyone.

I have vacated the apartment. All incidents are fully documented with photos, videos, and written records.

We pay so much so that the air conditioning does not work, the green areas are dirty, marijuana smells in the apartments, closed pool, dirty recreational area and in poor condition. They changed to a worse administration that doesn’t solve anything.

The leasing consultant I worked with was phenomenal. Elizabeth was very genuine and passionate about helping me through this process. Great energy and bubbly personality

The Lady who i spoke with was very professional, but very relaxed about it all. The apartments where beautiful to see inside. Really nice pool, gym, and even brand new grills w tables and swings to relax in for a great family cookout. Ngl astonished on how well i liked it.

I have applied here and the new property manager is very nice and polite and she goes through all the process with you and explains everything so it can all go smoothly. The place is nice and clean and can't wait to move in.
