The apartments are roach infested maintenance never comes and fixes anything when you put work orders in for stuff the mark them completed when they are never fixed

Decent price but nothing works
We’ve been living here since January. The neighborhood itself is quiet and there’s plenty of parking, which is a plus. However, maintenance is basically non-existent. When we moved in, the dishwasher wasn’t working. Maintenance came, took a look, and told us we’d be put on a waiting list for a replacement — months later, we still haven’t heard anything. Now, the dryer (which we pay monthly to rent) has been broken for over a month and no one has come to fix it, despite multiple requests.
Unless... you know how to fix appliances yourself or don’t mind waiting indefinitely for repairs, I would think twice. You definitely get what you pay for.

Luxury meets affordable
This property in has gone a significant transition in the last several months. The new management team has renovated apartments, installed a new basketball court, restored the 2 swimming pools, and created a new dog park! This community has a lot to offer with very affordable prices. Highly recommend living here, 10/10.
