Decent price but nothing works
We’ve been living here since January. The neighborhood itself is quiet and there’s plenty of parking, which is a plus. However, maintenance is basically non-existent. When we moved in, the dishwasher wasn’t working. Maintenance came, took a look, and told us we’d be put on a waiting list for a replacement — months later, we still haven’t heard anything. Now, the dryer (which we pay monthly to rent) has been broken for over a month and no one has come to fix it, despite multiple requests.
Unless... you know how to fix appliances yourself or don’t mind waiting indefinitely for repairs, I would think twice. You definitely get what you pay for.
