- Seasonal Roaches
- poorly built apt

- no built in light fixtures in rooms
- can hear outside conversations from front or back rooms

These are very old apartments and they are not kept up well. There is constant trash and debris on the grounds to appoint you feel like you're living in a dumpster. There is no installation, the smell of smoking neighbors is constant. Rent goes up every year, but there are no improvements.

My family and I moved to Spartanburg from out of state, looking to settle in the area. When we first went to visit the manager here at Woodside she was very professional and sweet. You could tell she has a passion for helping complete strangers find a safe and comfortable place to live. We have recommended several families to live at Woodside. The main thing that I know that does not happen a lot when you rent an apartment from most places, is that when something breaks or isn't going right it… takes forever to fix, if it gets looked at at all. I found Woodside a few months ago and after some talking I moved in. The buildings are a little outdated but the management always listens if you have a problem, their maintenance is fast and to the point, not to mention their low prices which was good for me, since I just graduated college. Overall, Woodside is amazing because it is well located, has low prices, and amazing management.
