Amazing Atmosphere

The staff are incredibly helpful in anything that is needed.. Very well kept and clean around the apartment complex area and the clubhouse. The clubhouse has coffee and tea and lounging area. With a very nice view of the pool area. And business center with computers…I cannot forget the gym, which has a beverage center. With varieties of flavors and electrolytes.
I recommend coming by and take a look and experience the wonderful atmosphere on Atlantic On Main.

Great place to live

Recently moved in and everyone is very friendly and helpful. It's very clean and they have events around the facility to get out and do.

This place has gone downhill

I think I was the fourth or fifth person to move into this complex and I've been here ever since. It was nice at first, but has recently turned into a complete slum.

Trash is only picked up Sunday night through Thursday night. People are leaving their trash out all weekend long and the entire building stinks of trash for three days. Not to mention the swarms of flies and cockroaches. There is supposed to be a $75 fine for trash left out over the weekend, and me and others have complained… numerous times, but management does nothing about it. So now we have to live with the stench seeping into our apartments and walking through it and the bugs. It's unsanitary and unhealthy. I am completely embarrassed to have anyone over. If you tour the property on the weekend, come over to building 3000, climb the stairs, and enjoy the trash and bugs.

The only reason I am not giving the property one star is because the maintenance guys are top-notch.

Great Place to Live

I have been here 6 months and I’m loving it. . The units are spacious with modern finishes, plenty of natural light, and thoughtfully designed layouts. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool area, and cozy communal spaces perfect for socializing or remote work. The complex is also in a convenient location, close to shopping, and dining. The management team is responsive and friendly, ensuring a smooth living experience. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for… anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

Wonderful apartment complex

I’ve lived here for about 3 months. The move in process was very simple & quick. The staff here are always so friendly and so helpful. Any maintenance request I’ve had was handled within 24 hours.
