Samantha is simply the best! The property was exactly what I was expecting. It is nice and clean and quiet. My dogs enjoy the dog park and mommy enjoys the pool. The private patio is also a huge plus!

Great location and even better manager

I have spent a year in this rental complex and loved so many things about it - green, quiet environment minutes to everything , modern and spacious interiors, easy access amenities, etc., but nothing more than Samantha, the complex manager. She had always been responsive, understanding, kind, and got the job done. Highly recommend!

Spacious and New

Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful apartments and very spacious. Kind neighbors, small community with the feel of being home when you enter the apartment.

Don't move here unless you can bring your own window screens

Cant open the windows because the apartment company will not put screens on the windows. It's ridiculous. It would cost me upwards of $600 to buy screens for 6 windows.
