New management, Raised prices

Went to go do a tour. Was told they were not doing tours right now as they just took over and everything as stated on their website was wrong. Which apartments were available they did not know and prices went up almost $100.

Trash

Trash Compactor is either always broken or full. If we leave our trash bag by the broken compactor we are fined $100 per bag. When I asked management what I should do she said take it back in my apartment.

Maintenance

The apartment on the first looks great but there is gas in the windows causing me to have a $200 light bill. No repairs are getting down and when asked I'm on the list.

Planters Retreat

I love the floor plan. The rooms are big and has plenty of closet/storage space. I have been here 3 yrs never had a problem.

Planters Retreat - Has the potential to be a lot better

I've been here for a year now. When I first moved here, it was not to good of a place. They have cleaned up the place because it was way worse before residents wise. They need to beautify the look of the property. Mulch, pine straw, power washing, foundation work and resurfacing the parking lot could make the property look worth the amount of rent. Location is excellent ,: mintutes from gas and shopping. Lots of jobs in the area. Overall isn't a bad place but I didn't think I'd recommend it
