I guess longevity no longer counts

I have been a resident here for quite sometime now. While I love the convenience and the location, I’m beginning to get extremely disappointed in the management here. It seems like anything the new tenants say is taken as gospel while the older tenants’ needs and concerns are not being considered or addressed properly. I feel like me and my husband are now being targeted instead of appreciated for paying our rent in a timely manner. For this reason we will not be renewing our lease. I need my... home to feel like a safe haven, but they took that comfort away from me and my husband. Good luck to whoever decides to move here. I pray they have a better experience than me.

Feels like Home

Everything has been great! The entire process has been smooth and everyone is so nice and helpful. My first night “home”, I felt comfortable and safe.

The experience before... (Verified Renter)

The experience before and after purchasing the apartment is different. Prior to me moving in, the staff were more helpful however they often times did not answer the phone compared to now. The communication is not the best, there are still repairs that need to be done in my unit and the gym is still not finished even though it was only supposed to be a few weeks.
