    No communication

    I called and spoke to Cherelle about my homeless situation. and she encouraged me to apply for the one bedroom. So I did and paid the non-refundable $50 for processing the application. I never heard back from her. I messaged and called and messaged and called. Absolutely no response. I don't like to write negative reviews but I put out $50 for nothing and I'm on Social security. I am not pleased.
