This condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all the main appliances and a coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 4, as well as bar stool seating at the kitchen peninsula. The open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings contains tons of natural light from the skylights. Step out onto the covered balcony overlooking the pool, where you will also find a full-sized washer and dryer in the utility closet. The downstairs master suite contains a queen bed, a private en suite bathroom with hallway access, and a large closet. Upstairs, you will find the loft suite with 2 queen beds, a walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom.
One dedicated parking space is available in front of the condo. An overflow lot is available across the street and next to the tennis courts for any additional vehicle.
Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Golf Colony at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target, and Walmart within 3 miles or a 10-minute drive. Some favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are right around the corner. The world-famous Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 15 minutes south, and there are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common.
Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please consider your neighbors, and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. Smoking and pets are not permitted inside the condo. Must be 25 or older to book. Routine pest control treatment may be scheduled during your stay, typically occurring on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. A fine may be applied if entry is refused.
We provide linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.
