Step out the back door to relax at the secluded pool just moments away. A king-size bed is in the primary bedroom, and the guest room has two twin beds that can easily convert into a full.
Gas-powered golf carts are permitted on site, and there is a direct route to the beach through the neighborhood. One dedicated parking space is permitted in either the main front lot or side lots. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the tennis courts for any additional vehicle.
Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Golf Colony at Deerfield is centrally located in Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target, and Walmart within 3 miles or a 10-minute drive. Some favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are right around the corner. The world-famous Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 15 minutes south, and there are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common.
