This spacious condominium offers nearly 1200 square feet of living space. The main level features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a flat-screen HDTV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings and skylights, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Upstairs, the loft area offers a second, larger bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and another private en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower.
A deep cleaning fee of $200 applies, which does not include linen service. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths can be provided for an additional fee of $50 for your stay. A roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods are included with the cleaning fee. Routine pest control treatment is scheduled during your stay and requires access to your unit. This service typically occurs on the 4th Thursday of each month. A fine may be applied by the HOA if entry is refused. Must be 25 or older to book. No smoking is permitted. Checkout is at 10 AM. Pool hours are 9 am-10 pm. No glass or pets in the pool or surrounding enclosure. No children under 12 years of age allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in the pool area and court side. Do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. Portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the building parking lots.
