This is a very nice HOA neighborhood with great neighbors, so please be respectful. Absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large (more than the max occupancy) parties or events are permitted. The maximum number of house guests must equal the maximum number of sleeping accommodations this home allows for eight guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, during those hours noise must be kept below 65 db. A noise detector has been installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors.
