Enjoy access to HOA amenities such as the pools, hot tub, kids splash pad, playground, tennis courts, bocce ball court, and pickle ball court. A 6-seater golf cart is available for $450 per stay.

This is a nice HOA neighborhood with great neighbors, so please be respectful. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, during which time noise must be kept below 65 db. There is a noise detector installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors. Absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large parties/events are permitted. The maximum number of house guests must equal the maximum number of sleeping accommodations our home allows for 8 guests. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Golf cart use is strictly limited to guests who have paid the additional fee. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed indoors. [SI]
