It has been good over all. The place is nice. Have had some issues with maintenance not calling before entering or not coming to fix a stove until a week later. I think they are short staffed with them.

Not a super great place to live they don’t have pest control like they should, they got roaches, they switch property ownership every 3-5 months which makes everything chaotic, they don’t care about the residents just the money.

Great management great family oriented environment also great location just minutes away from walmart and target,and 15 minutes away from downtown greenville

Very tight community, quiet and peaceful. We love the nature trails and the fact it has a gym. The business center is a plus as well. The two pools are a nice touch.

I've been here for a little over 2 years it has been a wonderful experience I love it great place to live great community I recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment living complex
