Outstanding Leasing Team and Beautiful Community!

Cobalt Springs has been a fantastic place to call home. The leasing team went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress free. They were friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions I had.
The community is clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The apartments feel modern and updated, and the amenities are a great bonus. Everything from move in to daily living has been smooth.
I highly recommend Cobalt Springs to anyone looking for a welcoming and well... managed community in Taylors!

Cobalt Springs Apartment Homes exceeded my expectations. The community is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Staff members are friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I have lived here for almost a year and have very little complaints. The property is very nice and the pools are always clean. Staff is great and will answer questions. Only issue I have had is maintenance staff "completing" work and it not actually being done.

It has been good over all. The place is nice. Have had some issues with maintenance not calling before entering or not coming to fix a stove until a week later. I think they are short staffed with them.
