Nice community! Most tenants are friendly and help keep the grounds clean. The level of respect for each other is at a high level. I believe I may have lived in this community longer than any other tenant. So far I have been here for 16 months.

I like the place, there’s things I wish they would fix, especially after leaving maintenance request. There should definitely be a fence in the back to stop all the homeless people from walking across all day. Other than that, it’s fine.
