I can’t say enough about how great Forte is and how much I enjoy living here. Forte has an Awesome manager named Sid who cares about her tenants . we also have an awesome activities director named Amanda and lastly we have a lady named Jodi who keeps this place spotless they are very much appreciated around here and we hope to keep them for a long time..

Great amenities! Coffee maker in the lobby, full kitchen in a large dining area, shuffleboard, theater room, library, pickle ball court, controlled entry, workout room, salon, elevator, underground parking plus outdoor parking lot...it has it all. The manager is awesome and accommodating, the activity director is always coming up with new events for tenants, housekeeping does a good job, and maintenance is always there for problems.
The only negative is the animals. The first floor has most... of the tenants with pets, and that floor has already begun to smell like dogs. Some of the tenants even let their dogs run loose in the kitchen area.

I have nothing but good things to say about Forte Living in Brookings SD.
The staff is very professional, accommodating and approachable.
The apartments are 1 year old and very nice with little extras like fresh paint, elevator,
granite counter tops, large walk in shower, new appliances, underground parking, (for a fee)
and above ground parking lot, free wi-fi in every apt. I tested my wi-fi on speedtest.net
and my download speed was 220 mbs and Upload speed almost the same. That's impressive... .
Their move in special is fantastic and very generous.
Location is also very nice. About 2 miles from downtown with 2 gas stations only blocks away.
One gas station has a touchless car wash with prices starting at $7.00.
All the utilities are underground so no telephone poles or overhead lines to look at.
Last Friday evening they had a Mystery Theater performance. I didn't attend but the Activities
Manager said they had a good time.
I'll easily give the Apartments and Management 5 stars.
