Worst Management Team I've Ever Dealt With

"management" will reply to you usually after about 3 hours if they even do at all... when it comes to helping out with your issues good luck. I asked for my locks to be changed after a roommate left and I was brushed off with no real answer, 4 days later and my TV is gone same day the key was turned in. When I confronted management I was met with immense attitude and disrespect and then I was told I'm being rude. Also, the appliances here are all from the very early 2000's and late 90's, public… washing machines are nasty and you're guaranteed to have your rent increased the very next lease signing. I do not recommend to anyone that would like a pleasant experience while living here.

Don't do it

These apartments use to be nice but management doesn't care about your issues but will insist you do every little thing at a moments notice and will charge you if not. Also pay for amenities that we couldn't use for over a year but the price still goes up.

Not worth it!

This place is NOT worth the money you spend. It is against rules to walk on the grass so your kids can’t really play outside. Our building smells like pot all the time. We have complained and nothing gets done. Save yourself and don’t spend the $$$ to live here!
