Next is the large living room, it has lots of space for a huge couch. Next is the last bedroom, which is the largest of the bedrooms.

Tenant pays water, sewer and garbage through the City of Mitchell. Tenant pays gas and electric through NWPS. Tenant pays for any desired internet or cable through Midco.
