The front of the house has a large porch. When entering the front door there is an entry way with a closet, the stairs to go to the second floor. The 36 X 24 garage can be rented with the house for an additional $100. The tarp hoop building to the South of the garage goes with the house as does the off street parking in the alley except the area directly in front of the garage door.

Pets are allowed with a $750 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.

All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
