Copper Ridge Apartments

Apartments are great. Staff is very friendly and great to work with. Maintenance team is quick and does a great job. We have loved living here!

Overall, I had an okay experience at this complex. It can be quite noisy when you have children living above you but is a part of living in an apartment. The pool is small and often crowded and there is no hot tub. The parking lot was often full, with people parking at the end of the... buildings for overflow. The primary reason for my negative review is the move out process. I feel unfairly charged for carpet replacement and was basically ghosted when I started to ask more questions. If you move here, ask for a walk thru when moving out and very clear instructions for move out as well as what the owner's will be looking for. I understand paying for damages; however, I don't appreciate being ignored when asking for more information surrounding charges. Read More

After one year, I’m so sad to be moving out of state and leaving Copper Ridge! Management and maintenance work really hard to keep the complex so nice. I have loved the hotel feel of the entry, hallways and unit. I am so grateful that the parking lot was always plowed; I never had any problems getting to work. If you are looking for a safe, well-kept, homey yet elevated place to live, I highly suggest Copper Ridge. Thank you!
