Biggest issues are the people living there, apartment bugs and amenities. Cops being called to the complex what seems to be constantly, homeless people walking into the complex through wholes in the gates causing issues on the property and the residents. Buildings smell either gross or reek of weed. Other residents being obnoxious and on something in hallways. There are cockroaches in the hallways and end up in your apartment no matter how much you spray and prevent it from happening. There are... RVs that park in the back of the complex parking lot with a bunch of dogs and people living there making the complex dirty and leaving trash. Peaceful living is a right. Management does NOTHING to inconsiderate neighbors whom have had the police called there MULTIPLE TIMES. Management will lie to you and say that they will take care of it but they never will because all they care about is money. They don't care about tenants. Maintenance takes forever if at all. Management hardly ever answers their phones. Almost everything is outdated. No lights in any of the bedrooms. To be honest, these apartments aren't worth what they are trying... to charge you. Lived here for two years and majorly regretted it. Our apartment wasn't even move in ready as they were still fixing a leak in our bathroom ceiling. Then the black mold showed up, and all maintenance told us was that we needed to clean it ourselves or find a place for us and our cat to stay while they clean it. They also charged us to clean the mold after we moved out. Plus the janky old wall A/C unit barely worked, which ended up getting a bird's nest in the outside space between the top of... the unit and the wall.... maintenance kept on telling us that it wasn't possible until we got bird mites from it.

Used to live here. Had to break the lease due to personal reasons. They said they'd charge me only for the days i was staying there. NOPE! They charged me the full months rent saying that it would be refunded. NOPE!! They kept it said it was for the damages. So ya they kept the deposit + my rent.

I would have gladly payed for the damages if my rent was returned. I'm not mad about the money. I'm mad because they lied to me.

Broke my lease early so was only responsible for 5 days. Guess what i payed? The whole month's rent. They called it damages to the appartment.

I would have happily payed the damages. But they charged me rent but then diverted as "damages to the appartment"
