Bristol Court Apartments

New manager's every season change. They are rarely ever at the office unless it is to collect rent or walk around and write infraction's. They take weeks sometimes month's to respond to maintenance request's. They don't listen to anything you have to say nor do they care about their tenant's enough to do so. I wouldn't recommend Bristol Court Apartments. I am already ready to move. If you are looking for low income option's there are other's available and they raise the rent here every year.... Trust me, this place is not worth the headache dealing with horrible management and lack of respect for their tenant's. I have never had an issue renting anywhere. I have surgery on my ankle and get an infraction for my garbage when I wasn't even there. My dad had been taking it out for me and keeping the unit very clean inside and out. He noticed I had a flat tire and set the trash down by my car and went to go get an air compressor in that amount of time the current manager of the month went through my garbage and took pictures and gave me an infraction. First time I've ever left garbage out living here. The first time, no warning no nothing. Then I'm recovering from surgery on heavy drugs and a nerve block catheter in my leg and my mom was just trying to explain to her what had happened and it was an accident and she was so rude stating, "I don't have to talk to you, no no no it doesn't matter I won't speak to you" yes I think we both wanted to call her some names. I am recovering from a surgery and she is writing me an infraction about my garbage that was left out one time and it's never happened before. How ridiculous is that?? She refused to take it back and has since stated how I should just pile the garbage up over the next 4 weeks inside my apartment until I am able to take it down. Neither her nor Ashley offered any sort of assistance to take out my trash while I recover. But they will write me infractions if I can't do it myself and it was one time accidentally left out. Please save yourself a headache and moving twice. Don't rent here and I would always ask who the managers are at other Costello Properties. They can't all be this bad. Read More

Only good part about leasing here is the maintenance guys are friendly.

I live in a two bedroom income sensitive townhouse, while nice, the playground lacks shade for kids but they're in every complex! Parking is great and you have a washer and dryer in unit, management is friendly and on top of most everything.
