How Is This Rating Determined?

Once, good. Not anymore.

They do not fix things nor do they replace them when they need to be. Here are some pictures. Maintenance use to be good and now when I put in a work order request they leave it more broken then it was before they touched it. They raise rent, you pay all utilities, and fees and then this is what it's like to rent here with kids. I have pictures and videos for property management, email, call and it's about 7-10 business days before I hear back or can get ahold of anyone anymore.

Deer Ridge apts

I love this apartment! Beautiful and spacious. We just moved in and so far it is going very well.
