Management Stinks

The took my entire deposit and charged me extra for cleaning after I spent hours going through my apartment and making things look nice. Things were cleaner when I left than when I moved in and they charged me $73 on top of my $400 deposit for "cleaning." They also broke my lease with a tour they gave no notice for. I never paid late or caused any issues. I'd never recommend them, management is shady.

Great place

When I moved in, it was between Heritage Place and three other offerings. The decision was a no-brainer at the time since Heritage place was tied for being the cheapest while still managing to be better than the other places. Maintenance was top notch with almost every issue being addressed on the same day. Management is always friendly and genuinely seems to care about the residents.

I had to relocate after three and a half years for school, but I'll definitely be looking at Heritage Place if… I end up living in Sioux Falls again. Would recommend to anyone.

Eh

Walls are paper thin, can hear everything neighbors are doing. Rude when talked about complaints. Slow maintenance that is poorly done. Cheap appliances and flooring. Management gossips about all residents living there, drops their names, history, and apartment #s without hesitation.
