Leasing agent was great, other office ladies, not so much
We inquired about a 4 bedroom online. Received a phone call from a gentleman a couple days after and he arranged a tour with us. He said to come by the office around 1:00 on Friday and someone showed us around. We arrived by 1:00 and walked into the clubhouse/leasing office, not even a "hello what can I help you with?", just a luke warm "what brings you in today?" When I explained that we wanted to tour the property and check out a 4 bedroom unit, the first lady in the first office very... passively said, "that's not me, you have to go to the next office", which we did. The lady in that office, didn't even acknowledge us, not a hello, how can I help, nothing. There was a young gal who seemed eager to help, a leasing agent, and she showed us a 4 bedroom unit. The leasing agent was very sweet throughout the whole interaction. After the tour, we came back to the clubhouse to ask a question, and the lady in the first office had her door closed, no biggie, but the lady in the second office, yet again don't even acknowledge us. You could tell she was not happy to be there. The leasing agent asked the questions, and the lady, assuming it was the manager, very snarky said "no". I tell you this interaction, because genuinely we were impressed. The unit was awesome the property seemed to have a great family feel. The clubhouse, though small, was very nice. But as long as the two ladies in the office are there, I won't be even thinking of submitting an application or wanting to move there in the future. To those ladies, please do better. We were potential tenants, show some kindness. I don't expect the overkill friendliness but some general interaction would have been nice.
