Mis. Amie is one of the best property managers here in Prairies townhomes. I say that because it was an infraction here in my apartment and she made me comfortable in that knowing that everything was gonna be fine and I appreciate that.

This is a townhouse with great neighbors that is always kept clean and well-maintained. The new manager, Amie, always strives to provide the best service to the tenants. I would like to praise you as the best manager I have ever met. I was truly satisfied and lived comfortably during the two years I stayed there. Above all, what I am truly grateful for and touched by is that I received a 100% refund of my deposit after moving out.
I restored the place I was living in to the best possible... condition, but I didn't expect to get my full deposit back—it was my first time ever receiving a 100% refund.
I would like to express my gratitude once again to Cresten—a company that prioritizes the well-being of its tenants—and to the manager, Amie.
I would also like to thank the professional management team for maintaining the property in excellent condition throughout my time living here.

This is a townhouse where you can live a quiet, clean, peaceful, and safe life.
I've been living here for almost two years.
The reason I am able to live here so contentedly is that a maintenance team is always on-site, and the managers consistently treat tenants with kindness and a bright, smiling demeanor.
Perhaps it is because Cresten is such a large company, but having a professional maintenance team that consistently resolves issues—and does so with remarkable speed whenever a... problem arises—is what makes my living experience here so satisfying.
Furthermore, the new manager, Amie—with her warm heart and proactive attitude—always takes the initiative to approach residents, smiling as she asks if there are any issues or discomforts. This is precisely why I look forward to my future life here.
I enthusiastically recommend moving in here.
The only problem, however, is that there are currently no vacancies.
If a spot ever opens up, don't let the opportunity pass you by! ^&*

It is not an old building, but the building is very clean, and what I like most of all is the maintenance team that solves problems very quickly when there are problems, and the smiles of the very friendly managers Darian and Ema.
The reason why I moved here from LA was because of the friendly guidance of managers Darian and Ema.
I look forward to living here in the future and will be very happy.
